For several years, Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center’s auxiliary has been working with local boutique owners to showcase fashion styles and trends to residents in and around Joliet.
That tradition will continue Sunday during the eighth annual fashion show bruncheon. The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center, 333 N. Madison, Joliet.
This year’s show will feature fashions by Sweet Pea and Me of Plainfield and Chico’s of Orland Park. In recognition of 9/11, the Joliet West High School Honor Guard will present the colors.
Auxiliary honorary chair Jeanette D’ Arcy, along with Chair Pam Bowden and co-chair Gloria Dollinger, will host the event.
Organizers say the fashion show and brunch will feature a $1,000 cash raffle, gift baskets and additional silent auction items.
Net proceeds will go to benefit the auxiliary’s Pledge to the Foundation in support of the emergency department renovation.
Brunch and beverages will be provided. Tickets are $50 each.
