Alan D. Vojensky, 27, 228 Fairview Drive, Manhattan, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. March 31 at River Bluff Drive and Seil Road for driving while license suspended, no insurance and equipment violations.
Donya M. Davis, 28, 14158 Chicago Road, Dalton, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. April 1 at Cottage Street and Seil Road for driving while license suspended, no insurance and no valid registration.

Marcelia T. Bradford, 46, 611 E. Cass, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. April 1 at First and Richards for criminal damage to property and possession of drug equipment.
Kelly M. Monnett, 41, 1911 Cowing Lane, Crest Hill, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. April 1 in the 2500 block of Jefferson for retail theft.
Madonna L. Beck, 31, 716 Francis, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. April 1 at Wal-Mart, 2424 W. Jefferson, for retail theft and an out of town warrant.
