Jesse D. Tucker, 20, 1223 Ada, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. July 29 in the 400 block of Blackhawk for two counts of manufacture or delivery of controlled substance, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Carrie L. Lugo, 37, 14637 66th Court, Oak Forest, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. July 29 in the 300 block of Madison for aggravated assault, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, criminal trespassing and obstructing justice.
Juan C. Ortiz, 34, 514 Miller, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. July 29 at Youngs and Elwood for aggravated DUI and DUI.

William A. Niemann, 37, 6340 Joliet Road, Countryside, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. July 30 in the 700 block of Cass for unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of firearm ammunition.
James O. Smith, 29, 4003 Congress St., Bellwood, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. July 31 in the 6500 block of Roth for possession of cannabis, possession of controlled substance, and sale or delivery of drug paraphernalia.
