For the Bugle
With temperatures climbing, the Shorewood-Troy Library is a cool place to be this summer.
But once you’re done with your summer reading program (July 12 is the final day for in-person registration and logs are due July 26), patrons can use their library cards to borrow free and discount passes for dozens of cultural destinations.
“Museum Adventure Pass” is a new program for Shorewood-Troy Library patrons to check out admission tickets to use within seven days at museums and zoos. Passes are on a first-come, first-served basis, must be requested by an adult and only one non-transferable pass can be checked out per family at a time. Discounts and restrictions vary at different locations and more information is available on the library’s website.
