Each presentation will be held at Alden Estates of Shorewood at 710 W. Black Rd. in Shorewood. The presentations include “Knee and Shoulder Pain Treatment Options” with Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Jason Hurbanek from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19; “Just Say Om…Finding Wellness and Inner Peace” with Certified Mind-Body Health Educator with the Chopra Center for Well-Being, Mary Beth Janssen, from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19; and “Healthy Holiday Eating Cooking Demo and Tasting” with Executive Chef Aaron Martinez and Registered Dietitian Jesse Murray from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14.
